The Hurricanes opened the game with a touchdown and then scored a kick return giving them a lead early on in the game. (LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- LRHS’s varsity football team lost a tough game against the Sarasota Sailors, 21-17, on Friday, Oct. 30, 2020. In the first half, both offenses struggled. Three interceptions were thrown, and a kickoff was mishandled by the Mustangs. This led the Sailors to recover on the Mustangs’ eight-yard line which turned into a touchdown.
